It is important to note while the Company makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations. Return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, in which case each such good sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to return, refunds or cancellations (the “Guidelines”). In each such case, the Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable Guidelines while making a purchase on the Website.
What I can return/replace and when?
(a) You receive a faulty, damaged or defective product
(b) You receive a product that is different from what you ordered
(c) Incorrect quantity shipped (size issues)
If any of the above points is valid for you, we will help you with a return if notified within 3 business days of receiving your order. In case we are unable to facilitate an exchange, a full-refund for your order will be provided after we receive your products and it undergoes a quality check. If the quality check is approved, a refund request will be initiated and your money will reflect in your mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
Conditions for returning products
(a) The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
(b) Products must be in their original, sealed and saleable condition
(c) Brand packaging should be intact;
(d) Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refunds in the following situations:
- Products is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Unsealed Box and Product is used or altered.
- If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.
FabPiks is not responsible for damage post-delivery of an item.
How to raise a Dispute?
To raise a dispute, please send an email to email@example.com. Your email must contain name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund."
In case of Samples/Discover box/Premium box, FabPiks has a right to ask for supporting documents such as product images, inner packaging, outer packaging etc. The same will be matched against the images provided by logistics partner. If the pictures and other supporting documents gets verified, customer shall be entitled to receive refund or exchange. Customer shall be communicated via email if their request has been approved or rejected (based on the analysis and supporting documents).
