The batter is packed hygienically. And the consistency of batter is perfect to get restaurant style idlis or dosa.. i tried making idli with the batter and believe me ildis was so soft. Rishta Idli/Dosa batter is very light and has the perfect ingredient measurement for making the crispy golden brown dosa. The dosa got very nice golden colour, i suggest you to make dosa in cast iron tawa for maximum crispness. Also I tried making idlies using the batter as well. It made really soft idlies as well. Over all my experience with their batter is really great. I strongly recommend their products.

I never had this crispy and tasty dosa anywhere. It's multigrain, it's light, it's healthy and the best part is you can make so crispy and tasty dosa at home now. Thank u fabpik for sending such an amazing product. Everyone should try this as it's really tasty and healthy too. No doubt the batter is good and perfect for making idlis but let me also point out that the urad dal used in this batter very very much less quantity wise. They have used more than required quantity of Rice and less quantity of Rice. Nonetheless this is my suggestion to the seller, you guys should use good amount of Urad Dal as well. Anyways, thanks for the product.

Was excited to receive Rishta multigrain batter sample. I used it as per instructions and first made dosas . Though there was some problem with my tawa but the dosas came out really well . I like them a bit thick and fluffy and they came out exactly the way I like them . With about remaining one third of the batter , I tried making Idlis. The idlis came out soft and tasty . Would surely recommend Rishta multigrain batter . Thumbs Up .
