The batter is packed hygienically. And the consistency of batter is perfect to get restaurant style idlis or dosa.. i tried making idli with the batter and believe me ildis was so soft. Ok, first thing it was very fresh and was freezed until delivery which ensures the quality was very happy about it. It was great at taste. The txture of dosa and idli was very good. Just like home. Great for the last minute breakfast preparations for working women. It is very in quantity also 1 packet serves 25 idlis ot 18 dosas. I would suggest everybody to go for it.

The batter is really at good consistency and doesn't stick to the pan or form any lumps I had made dosa's out of it. From the other brands that i have tried from the market i really loved it. Tastes good too its just perfect for breakfast time easy to make and gets done so fast. The dosas turned out to be at the perfect Crisp .

Made idlis and dosas. Idlis were super and just like home-made. My family didnt know that it was a readymade batter. After eating, when I told them about it, they said they never found any difference in its look, softness and taste. Very happy. Only salt was little less for us. For dosas, it was ok, but somehow didnt come crispy like the multi grain one. Thanks.

I was excited to receive Rishta idli / Dosa batter sample. I used it as per instructions and made dosas . Though there was some problem with my tawa but the dosas came out really well . I like them a bit thick fluffy and full bodied and they came out exactly the way I like them . Tried them with home made coconut chutney and Idly powder and sambhar . Liked the taste . Would surely recommend Rishta Idli dosa batter as well as their multigrain variant . Unfortunately missed out on clicking the ready dosa picture.

I tried both dosas and Idli. The dosas came out very similar to our home made batter dosa, crispy and very nice. Maybe will also try doing uttapam in next time. The Idli was very soft and fluffy just the way we like. My Family was very happy with the quality of both dosa and idli - just like homemade batter. The batter consistency and texture is just right. The batter packing is excellent and you can store the remaining batter in same packing in fridge as well. Overall very happy with using Rishta batter.

Rishta Multigrain Instant Idli/ Dosa Batter Rishta food products are really nice and of premium quality. I received three packets one 800gm multigrain batter , one 600gm batter and one packet of masala powder. The idllis made from the batter were soft and spongy and the dosa were crispy , moreover you can make your dish more tasty by sprinkling the chuntney powder that they give. The batter does not include soda and thats the best part. The multi grain batter tasted good too.
